At it's simplest, the charity should be thought of as a good neighbour. It knows and understands that there are times when sudden changes can escalate beyond our control.  Time, money, sickness, ageing, isolation, relationships, or maybe you're new to  a place  all form part of a delicate, daily balance that we all have to strike.  Now, there's a coronavirus pandemic.
